Information we collect

For business funding enquiries, Rowlend collects the details you choose to submit, including your name, email, phone number, requested amount, funding timeframe, ABN status, trading history, revenue range and business purpose.

For future product interest registrations, we collect your name, email, optional phone number, selected product, general purpose and timeframe. We also record the wording and date of your consent, registration dates and notification status. Registering interest does not involve a credit check. Do not submit identity documents, bank account details or sensitive financial records through these forms.

How we use your information

We use business funding enquiry information to review and respond to your enquiry and keep records of the conversation. We use interest registrations to maintain a product-specific interest list, understand demand and, with your consent, contact you about the product you selected and its availability. Providing a phone number is optional; if provided and consented to, we may use it to contact you about that interest.

We may use aggregated information to understand product demand and which website or advertising messages are working. Registering for one future product does not register you for every other product.

Storage and service providers

Future product interest records are stored in the site’s private database hosted on Cloudflare. They are not displayed publicly on the website. We use Web3Forms to deliver enquiry and registration notifications to Rowlend. These providers process information to help us receive, store or respond to your submission. Provider processing may take place outside Australia.

We do not sell your personal information. Information may be shared with service providers for these purposes or where required by law. We keep records while needed to manage your enquiry or interest, and to meet applicable record-keeping obligations.

Discovery calls and payments

For paid discovery calls, Stripe processes your payment and collects the contact and business details shown at checkout. Rowlend uses those details to arrange and deliver your call and manage payment records. Card details are handled by Stripe and are not collected by this website. Campaign tags may be passed to Stripe to help measure which advertisements lead to checkout. Stripe processes information under its privacy policy.

Website and advertising measurement

This website uses Meta Pixel to measure visits and selected interactions, such as opening checkout. Where server-side purchase measurement is enabled, a random checkout reference connects a Stripe-confirmed discovery-call payment to technical matching data, including Meta browser and click identifiers, IP address and browser information. Meta receives the confirmed purchase event, payment value and currency for advertising measurement and optimisation. Matching records are used for up to 30 days and expired records are cleared during subsequent checkout activity. We do not send card details, enquiry answers, requested funding amounts or funding eligibility information through this purchase connection. Meta processes measurement data under its own privacy policy. If you submit a form within Meta, Meta also processes that form under its policies. Business enquiry forms may record the page address and campaign parameters to help identify where an enquiry came from.

Your choices and requests

You can withdraw consent to future product contact at any time. Email rowlendinfo@gmail.com with the email address you registered and the product name. You can also request access to, correction of or deletion of your information, or raise a privacy concern, using that email address. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Product availability

Rowlend currently accepts business funding enquiries. Home loans, vehicle and asset finance, and personal loans are not currently available. Their forms register interest only. Read Product availability & interest terms for details.
