Common questions

How much can I enquire about?

You can enquire about business funding of up to $5,000. The amount offered depends on the assessment of your business, the purpose of the funds and your ability to repay.

What are the rates and fees?

Pricing is confirmed after assessment. Before you sign an agreement, Rowlend will disclose the pricing, total amount repayable, weekly repayment amounts and repayment dates. Ask for anything you are unsure about to be explained before accepting.

Can I use the funds for personal expenses?

No. Funding must be used entirely for a clear business purpose. It is not suitable for personal bills, groceries, holidays, gambling, personal debt consolidation, personal vehicle purchases or residential-property investment.

What documents will I need?

Be ready to provide evidence of your business, trading history, revenue and the expense you need to cover, along with business bank statements. Rowlend will confirm the documents required when reviewing your enquiry.

Does sending an enquiry commit me to a loan?

No. An enquiry starts a conversation and is not a loan agreement or an approval. You can review the details of any offer before deciding whether to proceed.

How long are the loan terms?

The current product has terms of 6–8 weeks with weekly repayments. Your exact term, repayment amounts and dates will be confirmed before any agreement is signed.
